If the MeshPoint LEDs or the signal quality bar in the AmpliFi app reflect that it needs improvement, you can move the mesh point closer to the router or keeping the MeshPoint in place, you can move the antenna around to receive better signal, trying to aim the face of the mesh point towards the router.ģ. Less than five LEDs would indicate a signal less than 100%.Ģ. Tip Alternatively you can look at the status LEDs on the MeshPoint and verify that all five LEDs are illuminated, meaning it has 100% signal level. To view the signal of your mesh point launch the AmpliFi app and select the mesh point icon displayed. Low mesh point signal may cause stability issues. The factory reset will trigger an automatic scan and choose the channel best suited for your area.ġ. If you prefer to not use a social media account you can now enable remote management with a Ubiquiti account, using an email of your choice. You will need to have an active Ubiquiti, Google or Facebook account to enable remote management. Remote management is also useful in some recovery cases, and is required to use the Teleport feature. All configurations available in the app locally will also be available when you're using remote management.
